Edmonton imposes the need to develop oratory skills in the students. They are trained rigorously to achieve the best they can possibly acquire through participation in elocutions, debates, declamation and quiz contests at school, interschool, national, and international levels. The tradition has been going on from the very beginning, and today Edmonton is recognized for the excellent debaters and elocutionists it has been producing.
